HiPacked™ Ni-NTA columns are pre-packed nickel affinity columns designed for the purification of His-tagged proteins. We offer three column sizes—1, 5, and 20 mL—for your downstream processing. These columns enable selective binding and precise separation of histidine-tagged proteins from complex biological samples. HiPacked™ Ni-NTA columns offer excellent chemical stability and minimal metal ion leakage; therefore, they are compatible with various buffers containing a wide range of chemicals, offering flexibility across purification protocols. Each 1- and 5-mL column has a 1/16″ Fingertight female top and male bottom, fitting securely into a UV cell with a 1/16″ female port. The 20 mL column features 1/16″ Fingertight female connectors on both ends. They are fully compatible with GE ÄKTA systems—Prime, Explorer, Start, Go, Pure, and Avant—as well as other FPLC platforms. Ideal for academic and pharmaceutical applications, HiPacked™ Ni-NTA columns provide reliable, high-purity protein purification with reproducible results on a small scale.
